Event Tickets

Ordering:

Tickets are only available to residents of Kingsbrook, who pay their council tax precept to Kingsbrook Parish Council. 

Entry wristbands are limited to 10 per household, if you order more, your order will be cancelled or amended without refund.

Wristbands can be provided to family and friends at the residents discretion.

Early bird entry is free, but there is a £2.50 admin / shipping fee to pay per order. 

There will be no tickets available at the event on the day

Entry Conditions

• By purchasing tickets you agree to the following entry requirements at the event.

  • All guests must have an entry wristband, regardless of age.

  • There is No Parking available at the event. Blue Badge holders are asked to email enquiries@kingsbrook-pc.gov.uk to secure a space - these are limited and on a first come first served basis.

  • Bag Searches are in operation at the event.

  • Strictly No Alcohol can be brought into the event.

  • No Dogs / Pets are allowed on site

  • Please No Gazebos 

  • Anti Social Behaviour, will not be tolerated and security will ask those to leave the event

  • Event Security, Stewards and Staff have the right to refuse entry to any person looking to attend the event, even if they have an entry band.

  • There will be no refunds available for those who are unable to attend the event on the evening.

  • GDPR - Your details maybe shared with members of the event team, to ensure your safety and that of the event.

Wristbands

The receipt sent to you on completion of your order, will not allow you access to the event. Your entry wrist bands will be sent to you before the event..  Wristbands will need to be worn by all guests in order to allow them access to the venue.

Parking

There is no general parking available at the event, if you are a blue badge holder, please email enquiries@kingsbrook-pc.gov.uk
