About Kingsbrook
Kingsbrook Parish is situated to the East of Aylesbury and consists of four distinct new areas; Canalside View, Oakfield Village, Canal Quarter and Orchard Green.
To date Canalside View and Oakfield Village have been built out and development work is well underway on both the Canal Quarter and Orchard Green.

When complete Kingsbrook will have approximately 2,500 households, two primary schools, a secondary school as well as a village centre, sports pitches, parks, allotments and numerous green areas.

Kingbrook has been called 'Britain's most wildlife-friendly housing development", unique, pioneering and as having the potential to change future housing across Britain.

While there are so many parts being developed, talk of management companies and the Parish Council, it can be difficult to understand who is responsible for what.
This interactive map, will give you a good indication of who looks after the area of interest. With the constant development and changes, sometimes this map may not be 100% accurate, however it will certainly give you a starting point for enquiries.
